What could be better than the smell of a whole hog, roasting slowly over coals? Well how about a whole roasted lamb roast slowly turning on a spit, basted with garlic and rosemary, or a whole chicken stuffed with lemons and sage butter, or the big daddy of spit roasts, a whole sirloin of beef rubbed with cracked peppercorns then basted with a traditional English devilled sauce. Nothing seems more traditional than a whole spitting pig with an apple in it's mouth and rubbed with salt for that beautiful golden crackling, well that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Why not try a whole hog, basted with ginger, garlic and lemon thyme olive oil, or a whole smoked shoulder of pork cooked the true American way, low and slow, over an apple wood fire to produce the most tender, mouth watering pulled pork and if that doesn't take your fancy then why not go for pure indulgence with the grandeur of our Porchetta Suckling Pig, a whole boneless suckling pig, stuffed with fresh sage, onions, garlic, salt and cracked black pepper, rolled and then rubbed with Maldon sea salt, Pork Perfection!

Whether for an Easter celebration, a wedding supper or just for something a little bit different, a whole spit roasted lamb just shouts out sophistication.

From the beautifully fragrant lamb stuffed with lemons and heads of garlic slowly turning on a spit, to a whole lamb speared with garlic cloves and anchovies then rubbed with rosemary or maybe a whole lamb basted with a beautifully rich glaze of redcurrant, port and rosemary for a fantastic crisp, sweet glaze, Lamb makes a beautiful centre piece for any occasion.

Spit Roast and Barbecue Beef

Now there's nothing more traditionally British than a beautifully roasted joint of roast beef with a good old dollop of horseradish and at Blazing Barbecues we'd agree, but why not make a change from traditional and try some of delicious barbecued beef recipes.

From our beautiful devilled roast beef, marinated with a mouth watering mixture of mustard, allspice, worcester sauce, honey and horseradish, to our Hong Kong style beef rubbed with cracked szechwan peppercorns and Chinese five spice then basted with soy mirin. Or for something really different, a guaranteed talking point among your guests, why not try our World Championship style BBQ Brisket. A melt in the mouth sensation, the brisket is rubbed with our own blend of spices then cooked low and slow for 16 hours over a beautifully fragrant hickory wood fire.
